As experienced seminar leaders, Grady does presentations based on many different aspects of leadership.

These are typically tailored to the audience and are interactive – enabling participants to actually work with and internalize some insight or skill.

Any one of the six perspectives on leadership in the ARYLS seminar can be shortened to an hour or two, or expanded to fill an entire half-day or day, depending on the setting and the needs of the client.
